This notice describes the data flow designed for Embalming Korea's online case intake. It does not replace case-specific explanations that may be required when information must be shared with authorities, carriers or overseas partners.
Name, organisation, phone or email, preferred contact method, current location and facility, nationality, destination, date of death if provided, requested arrangement, case notes, consent timestamp/version and a salted one-way abuse-prevention token derived from the requester IP. Raw IP addresses are not stored by the intake database.
To respond to the enquiry, triage urgency, create a case reference and coordinate the requested funeral or repatriation service. The public intake database is not used for advertising profiling.
An enquiry that does not proceed to service is scheduled for deletion within 90 days unless a legal, safety or dispute-related reason requires longer retention. If a case proceeds, records are retained only for the period reasonably required for service delivery and applicable legal, accounting, dispute or safety obligations.
Access is limited to authorised case-desk personnel. The website does not automatically transfer submitted case data to overseas partners. If coordination with an embassy, carrier, funeral provider, insurer or other recipient is required, the necessary information and applicable sharing or international-transfer basis must be confirmed for that case.
Public clients cannot read or write the intake tables directly. Server-side access, row-level security, an HttpOnly admin session, input validation, honeypot checks and rate limiting are part of the designed security boundary.
You may choose not to use the online form and contact the 24/7 case desk directly. You may also ask about access, correction or deletion of submitted information; some requests may be limited where retention is required for an active service or legal obligation.
